CO2 laser is a gas laser that uses a metal sealed cavity. The laser has a lifespan of 45000 hours and is commonly used for marking or engraving non-metallic products. It is mainly suitable for marking products with a width of less than 300mm.
[Product Principle]
The CO2 laser marking machine uses CO2 gas as the laser medium, with a wavelength of 10.6 µ m, belonging to the mid infrared frequency band. The CO2 laser has relatively high power and electro-optical conversion efficiency. A CO2 laser uses CO2 gas as the working medium, and fills a discharge tube with CO2 gas and other auxiliary gases. When a high voltage is applied to the electrode, a glow discharge is generated in the discharge tube, which can cause gas molecules to release laser light. After amplifying the released laser energy, laser processing can be carried out.
